Paying for treatment
The Mental Health Parity Act and Affordable Care Act require most health plans to cover addiction treatment. Our team helps verify benefits and explain costs.

Orlando Outpatient Center does not currently accept walk-ins, but scheduling your admission is easy, with same-day admissions often available. Our inpatient sister location, Orlando Recovery Center, does accept walk-ins. Walking in does not guarantee admission to care.
Outpatient rehab can often be scheduled around your work hours, allowing you to go to work and privately attend rehab at the same time.
If you must attend rehab during work hours, there are federal laws and workplace policies designed to protect employees in addiction recovery. To use FMLA benefits, begin the process as early as possible, even before entering rehab. Contact your employer to complete the necessary paperwork, and simply state that you’re receiving medical treatment to ensure your privacy.
At Orlando Outpatient Center, we handle all admissions calls with strict confidentiality. You’ll complete forms allowing us to share essential information only with those you authorize, fully adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
